Applications
The HS Series delivers a sealed, rugged connection in a streamlined "Crimp & Heat" process. Featuring a tin-plated copper barrel and a 3:1 PE sleeve, it creates a permanent bond that withstands water, salt spray, oils, and chemicals across a -55°C to 125°C temperature range. The translucent insulation allows for immediate visual inspection, while the cured adhesive core provides integral strain relief, rigidly securing the wire insulation to prevent pull-out and failure from vibration fatigue. Available in a full range of styles—including ring, fork, and disconnects—the HS Series covers virtually every wiring requirement in automotive, marine, and industrial systems, reducing installation time while boosting long-term reliability.
Series Overview
• Fork Terminals: open-prong design for quick screw-post attachment and removal
• Ring Terminals: closed-loop lug for the most secure stud connection
• Spade Terminals: male/female quick-disconnect pairs for rapid service access
• Pin Terminals: straight-pin end for plug blocks and barrier strips
• Bullet Terminals: bullet/socket pairing for in-line, pull-apart connections
Features and Benefits
• 360° environmental seal resists water, fuel, oil, and corrosion
• 3: 1 shrink ratio accommodates a wide wire-gauge range and provides built-in strain relief
• Translucent PE jacket enables instant visual confirmation of proper crimp and wire insertion
• Vibration Resistant & Flexible: Absorbs mechanical stress and vibration without cracking or becoming brittle over time
• Quick, low-cost installation with standard crimp tools and a heat gun—no solder required
