The Colnex-BB heat shrinkable breakout boots are designed to deliver robust sealing and protection for cable breakouts, transitions, and terminations, particularly in harsh environments requiring superior resistance to water ingress, corrosion, and mechanical abrasion. Their precision heat-shrink fit replaces conventional tapes, epoxies, and greases, significantly improving both installation efficiency and long-term reliability. Whether used in shipboard systems, power networks, industrial machinery, or outdoor telecom infrastructure, Colnex-BB provides lasting environmental sealing, mechanical reinforce ment, and excellent electrical insulation—making it the optimal choice for ensuring stable and secure cable performance.

• Improved Installation Efficiency: Heat-shrink design replaces tapes, epoxies, and greases; quick installation without special tools or skills.

• Wide Material Compatibility: Compatible with polyethylene, PVC, lead, steel, aluminum, copper wire/cable, and standard Navy cable jackets.

• Multiple Sizes: Available in 4 configurations and 12 sizes with a minimum shrink temperature of 125°C (257°F).
